Mixing wild rabbit litters?

While lawn to mow today, my mother and I saw two rabbits nest filled with baby bunnies in court ours. This is strange, as we have a dog and rabbits usually avoid our yard. Unfortunately, the nests were hidden so well that she could not be seen (we check the yard before mowing for possible creatures – frogs, as here) and made a few sacrifices … We had to move the babies Harm's Way, to the problem was treated, and then they gave their nests. We keep an eye on the holes and have found that a mother returned to tend to their babies – and that were the babies who were courageous and alert. But the babies of the other nest were very lethargic and listless, and the mother is still not back to the nest and we fear they could not be more. Does anyone know if it's safe, maybe transfer of these orphans on the other hole is the other parent or to reject all the rabbits?

I think one thing that you could try is to leave lethargic babies somewhere in the vicinity of another nest, and keep an eye out for the mother. If she comes, To see how it responds to the other babies. If they accept, they should immediately carry into their nest, but if they do not, you should remove them from wild animals reahab Center.
