Think back to your last bell rang and the child ran to the door to open it. This can be dangerous if it is a stranger, but your child is too just looking at through the peephole. Most peephole heights are made for adults, but a child's curiosity and energy could be beaten at the door.
A peephole set in about 36 centimeters above the ground would allow them to use the peephole, without taking a stool or chair.
- You need to find the thickness of the door. Just put this measure with a tape measure or ruler. Most peepholes allow a more accurate range for incoming is not required, but you have to get close.
- You need to determine what material is made out of the door. Most doors are made of solid wood Metal. Make sure the correct drill your door.

- You want a small hole through the door to your Brand drill. This is called a pilot hole and makes it easier to be accurate for the larger drill. Try to make it as level as you can.
- Once The pilot hole drilled, use the larger size drill for the peephole. Drill all the way through the door just as you can. Brush off any dirt from outside and inside of the door.
- Put the spy. Most are peepholes into two pieces, disassemble the rotation. Insert the lens part of outside and then turn the eye in the scope of it from within.
And that's it. You now have a safe way for your child to see who at the door without opening the door to satisfy their curiosity.
